Team Full Draw – Tour Lead
Position: Tour Lead – Temporary Position May 1st – August 30th (4 Months) Location: Traveling Nationally 50+ Dates Pay: Depends on QualificationsJob Overview
The Tour Lead will manage day-to-day operations of the film tour crew while on tour. The goal of this position is to host an entertaining event that is enjoyed by all attendees and free from problems. Each show is unique; position must be able to adapt and lead crew appropriately. The ideal person will have basic knowledge of video including but not limited cameras, computers and projection systems.Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee travel from show to show (Sprinter Van).
- Communicate with local venues.
- Coordinate the logistics of every show.
- Projection
- Ticketing
- Merchandise
- Sponsor requirements
- MC / Announce show on stage with energy and enthusiasm while clearly describing show specifics.
- Oversee or supervise Team Members in tasks associated with every show.
- Manage Social Media accounts while on tour.
- Record specific details as directed.
- Organize all items (digital, physical) as directed
- Complete all other duties as instructed.
Qualifications
- Passion for Hunting and the Outdoors (Archery Hunting a plus)
- College Degree Preferred (Work experience may be substituted)
- Experience in event organization, planning, hosting.
- Experience with video/audio systems.
- Experience with computer programs like (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Energetic / Outgoing Personality (Showman), willing to speak in front of audiences 500+
- Strong organization skills, attention to details a must.
- Must be a trustworthy individual.
- Valid drivers license.
- Work may require lifting up to 50+ lbs.
